TitleMichael Morgan, committed to the County Gaol on 4th November last for entering the home of John Rabinet of Whittlesford, demanding victuals and drink and threatening Sarah, wife of the above with a knife, having entered into a recognizance for the appearance of his wife to give evidence against Morgan, and his wife being unable to do so Morgan and Rabinet both to be discharged. Darwood Brown of Isleham to be publicly whipped for deserting his pregnant wife and to be afterwards discharged from the House of Correction where he was lain since 2nd December last.
