TitleFollowing his appearance in court last session, John Barton of Pampisford Parish appeared on recognizance to try his traverse against the court's finding for his indictment on assault. On motion by Barham Rushbrooke, his Counsel, Barton changed his please to guilty, was fined 1 shlling and court costs, paid and was released.
