Endorsed: Memorandum 1) Equity of redemption in the Forescores in Ramsey (80 acres) has been sold subject by Ibberson to Henry Ibberson of Benwick, gent, subject to the sum of £900, part of the above sum of £6,000. 2) In consideration of £2,700 paid by Ibberson to Mrs Waller, Mrs Waller has released the messuage in Ramsey, 3 Broadalls Lots (9 acres) in Ramsey and also [this next section is crossed through in pencil] White Fen Farm, Benwick, from the Mortgage debt. |
