Plumer Pott Rooper of Abbots Ripton, clerk, the marriage settlement of Georgina, Philippa and Elizabeth Rooper and that the sums advanced amounting to £22,885. are now called in, and that Bonfoy Rooper also requires a further advance of £1,115. Now Bonfoy Rooper, George Rooper, Hammond and others to George Rooper, Richard Hussey of Upwood Esq., and Edward Mowbray of Cockairne Aberdour, Fifeshire, Esq., For £22,885 to the various parties and for £1,115 to B. Rooper out of certain New £3 per cent Bank Annuities and £3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities. All his above freehold manors and lands and copyhold lands in Hunts. |
