William Henry Karslake of Kingsland, Carlisle Rd.,Eastbourne, Sussex, clerk in holy orders. For two sums of £2,800 New £3 per cent Bank Annuities and £22,888:16s:2d. £3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities. (£20,000 by the Karslakes and the rest by E. Fellowes) Sum of £24,600:19s:6d. being the present value of the two sums of stock and the land in R32/9/20 as security for the same. Endorsed: (1) Memorandum re conveyance of 31st December, 1890. 1ac 1r 25½ p. of land at Abbots Ripton was conveyed to G.N.R.Co., for £140, free from the mortgage debt. (2) Acknowledgement by William Henry 2nd Lord De Ramsey of receipt from the Karslakes of the above £140, in part discharge of £4600:19s:6d. held in trust for the late Edward 1st Lord De Ramsey. 9th April, 1891.
