Description | Reciting that the lands in R33/4/1 were among the hereditaments settled by a deed of 2nd September, 1875, and the Hon Ailwyn Edward Fellowes of Honnington Hall, Norfolk, M.P. and Rt.Hon Richard Penn, Earl Howe have since been appointed Trustees of the settlement. Now Rev William Harper, incumbent of the benefice of the Vicarage of Ramsey. St. Marys to the Trustees. £5625, by the Trustees to the Governor of Queen Annes Bounty. The yearly rentcharge of £150 to the uses declared in the Deed of Settlement to the intent that it may be extinguished in the freehold and inheiritance of the premises. |
