| Description | Reciting that at the time of R34/4/16 Francis Ibberson agreed to produce the title deeds relating to the lands conveyed to Henry Ibberson, and that since then Francis has sold his other lands -chiefly to Mr Fellowes, who has also been granted the title deeds. Now William Henry Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey, Esq; at the request of Farncis Ibberson, covenants with Mrs Waller and with Jones and Isaac Ibberson, trustees named in the will of the late Henry Ibberson, for the production of the relevant title deeds. |
