| Description | Reciting how the trusts in the will of Admiral Fellowes have been administered. Now James Fellowes releases Edward Fellowes, as sole acting executor of Admiral Fellowes's will, from all the residuary personal estate of the Admiral and from all claims etc. and James covenants with Edward to keep him, his heirs and estates indemnified against all debts of Admiral Fellowes. James Fellowes also releases Edward and Richard Fellowes, as trustees of Admiral Fellowes' will, their heirs and estates from all the residuary personal estate of the Admiral, from the trusts of his will and from all claims etc. |
