| Description | Among other things, she directs trustees of the will of her late husband to stand possessed of the sum of £20,000 3 per cent reduced bank annuities upon trust to divide the same equally between three of her children, Richard and James Fellowes and Emma, Lady Bayning. Her share of a capital sum of stock (under the will of her late brother, Edward Henry Benyon) to be equally divided between three of her grandchildren, James Herbert and Emily Gertruded, the son and daughter of James Fellowes, and Inna, the daughter of Edward Fellowes. To her godson, Henry John Thornhill, youngest son of the late George Thornhill of Diddington, £100. To the Tresuarer of the Infirmary at Huntingdon, for that charity, £200 free of legacy duty or tax. Appoints her sons, Edward and Richard Fellowes, executors, and her daughter, Emma, Lady Bayning, executrix of her will. |
