DescriptionOf Richard Favell. Among other things, to his wife, Martha, for life, an annuity of £30 charged on lands in R5/11/15, or the enjoyment for life, rent free, of the capital mansion house and 2 closes at Normanton. To his son, James, all his estates, subject to his wife's annuity above, and to a term of 60 years in the estates given to his daughter, Martha (This term to be void if James pays an annuity of £50 to Martha's guardians until she reaches the age of 21, the sum of £1,000 on her reaching £1,000, and a further sum of £1,000\0.
