Richard Pooley, gent, and Ann, his wife, Mary Burges, widow, Simon Pepperdy, yeoman, and Ann his wife, formerly Ann Burgess, spinster, daughter of Mary Burges, all of Ramsey, and Thomas Magee of Wistow, grocer, and Ann his wife, formerly the wife of John Overall of Ramsey, whitesmith, deceased, to Peter Descow of Huntingdon, gent, only son and heir at law of the late Peter Descow of Ramsey, gent, for £100 paid to Pooley and heis wife by the late Peter Descow and in pursuanance of the agreements for otherwise securing therent charges belonging to the others, The yearly sums of £10 each and all the freehold lands in Ramsey charged with the same. |
