DescriptionOf Poulter. Among other things, to his wife, Elizabeth Poulter, for his life, the residue of his estates, being one Stock in Fen Lot, 4 Hollow Head Lots, 3 Hollow Head Lots and one Cookes Lane ground, subject to the payment of an annuity of £5 to his mother, Sarah Poulter for her life. On the death of his wife, to his daughter, Ann Poulter, the 3 Hollow Head Lots (5 acres each) and the Cookes Lane Ground (4 acres), all of which he purchased of James Edwards.
