Description1. James Torkington, Great Stukeley, Esq. 2. William Dowse, Huntingdon, gent. Agreed that 1 shall levy fine in favour of 2 of 45ac arable land and ley and 4ac meadow formerly bought of Harvey, 27ac arable and ley and 4ac meadow formerly bought of Evatt and Beriss 15ac arable and ley and 3ac meadow and 12ac pasture called Sapley Close formerly bought of Evatt and Beriss, also 4ac called Goldin Close, 44ac arable, 4c meadow and a 4ac pasture called Peacocks Close formerly bought of Harvey. 5 Closes of pasture called Rowley's, 30ac and a close of 4ac on which formerly a house stood adjoining Golding Close, all at one time owned by newman, Chapman and Mrtin, 10ac in occupation of Thomas Chinge, 2 little closes of 4ac called the Rowleys, 2 closes of 45ac one of which adjoins Presley Grounds, to be levied in form of 200ac land, 29ac meadow, 110ac pasture in Great Stukeley to the use of James Torkington.
