TitlePhotograph on 4 sheets of a plan entitled 'High Land Parts of Estates in the Parish of Haddenham and Hamlet of Hillrow in the Isle of Ely together with certain lands in the parishes of Sutton and Wentworth belonging to Gonville and Caius College as ascertained in 1827 by Alex Watford'
DescriptionA pre-inclosure map with table of reference giving lessees (the Earl of Hardwicke and John and Thomas Drage), fields and statute measure. Almost the whole estate lies in the Haddenham End as constituted before inclosure. The original distinguishes different farms by colour. Terriers drawn up as the time of this plan, presumably by Watford, and with details added from the original of TR836/E1, do not appear to survive. However the plan is marked in pencil with reference numbers of Wandby's survey and (lost) plan, of which this (or some derivative of which) plan is evidently reduced copy. Size: 4 sheets 24 x 17.5 inches (original: 40.5 x 33 inches). Scale: 6 chains to an inch (13.3 inches to a mile). Surveyor: James Richardson of Cambridge (? For Alexander Watford)
