DescriptionThe rear view of Mr Grist's house on St Peter's Road, Huntingdon. A family group can be seen in the garden and two figures are sitting on the first floor balcony. The house was actually owned by George Thackray, and was tenanted by Mr Grist. It was the central building of the former county gaol, and is now known as Belmont House. Alfred Grist tailor's shop was at 133 High Street, Huntingdon
