Title	Mr Newbury's House, Hartford
Description	Rear view of Mr Newbury's house, "The Elms", Hartford showing the garden with two seated figures. One lady is also standing in the gateway and one figure standing at an upstairs window. The house stood at the corner of Main Street and Sapley Road, and is now the Hartford Village Stores. George Newbury is described as a farmer aged 43 on the 1891 census. His wife is listed only by her initials (L.M.), and they had three children and two servants.
