DescriptionView of the interior of Trinity Church, Huntingdon, looking towards the communion table. The church has been bedecked with flowers and garlands. The foundation stone of this church was laid on the 22 May 1867 by Thomas Coote of Fenstanton and the church was formally opened on the 16 September 1868. It was built on the site of the Dolphin Inn, and dominated the High Street until its demolition in 1966. The modern Trinity Church was built in Buttsgrove Way on the new Oxmoor Estate in 1967
