DescriptionGroup of about thirty-two men watching four sheep being sheared. The men are wearing bowler or top hats, and are standing in front of an unidentified two-storied brick house. The Maddison and Hinde index book records this photograph as "Mr Wood's copy". The farmers listed in the 1869 trade directory include Thomas Francis Woods of Brampton, and William Woods of Yelling.
