Description1. The Rt. Hon. Sir Joseph Banks, Soho Sq., Bart., P.C., K.B., and Sir Henry Hawley, Leybourn Grange, Kent, Bart. (the mortgagees named in the hereinafter mortgage). 2. John Heathcote, Conington, Esq., (the mortgagor therein named). Recites: 1) Mortgage of 3/4 Dec. 1807. 2) 2., on or about 4 Dec. 1807 paying off £5,000, part of the £11,000, so that £6,000 remained. 3) 2., desirous of paying off the £6,000 and having a reconveyance of the said mortgaged premises made to him, and has applied to 1. to make such conveyance. Now for £5,000 formerly paid and £6,000 now paid by 2. to 1. 1. to 2. Manor of Gt.S. called Camoys Manor with all apps. Manor House of Gt.S. the following closes: Cottage Close; Dam Pittel; the 2 Hard Grounds; Wheatleys Ground; the 6 Acres; the Warren Ground; The Lye Close; The Hill Close; The Warren Close; Nuns Meadow; Great Bennet's Pasture; Wood Ground; Kings Close; The Horse Close, 2 farm-houses with apps., The Homestead; The Cow Pasture with adjoining Close; Hudsons Field; Little Bennet's Pasture; The Wood Ground; The Dog-tward Close and 2 slips of land; The Little Grove Close; Arable land in Downfield; Morefield; East Field; The Mowing Meadow; 3½ as. arable in Little Stukeley; Cottage and homestead and arable land formerly WilliamLinedge's; House; Homestead; 1 Close, arable land and meadow ground formerly John Ames'; Cottage and homestead; Brickhill Close; and Lindford Pasture formerly Thomas Sharman's; Cottage and homestead and arable land formerly John Everett's; Cottage and homestead and Potter's pasture formerly John Larratt's; House and homestead formerly Jacob Whitehead's; House and yard formerly James Haycock's; House and homestead formerly Wm. Larratt's (acreagesgiven). All in Great and Little Stukeley. Rectory of Gt.S. with all apps., glebe lands and tithes with all apps. Parcel of ground on which a windmill formerly stood in Gt.S with all apps. Moiety of the Manor of Broughtons and all other hereditaments in mortgage of 4 Dec. 1807 with all houses, lands and all apps. Receipt of even date. From 1. to 2. for £6,000.
