Description1. John Heathcote, Conington, Esq. 2. Robt. Manners, Little Gen., Col. H.M. 30th. Regiment. Alexander Adair, Pall Mall, Esq. Thos. Brown Evans, Norwich, Esq. and Edward Marjoribanks, Strand, banker. 3. Stephen White, Castor, Northants, administrator of the estate of the late Taylor White. 4. Robt. Ramsden, Fig Tree Court, London, Esq. Recites: 1. borrowing £7,244.18s. from 2. Now 1. to 2. Manor of Upton with apps. and all land of 1. in Upton, including Short Wood (64a.) Lands as in attached schedule. All lands bought from the Cotton heiresses by Lease/Release of 20/21 March, 1754, and all property of 1. in Upton. Proviso that if 1. repays by 13 June 1813 Bargain to be void. Usual covenants 1. to perform any necessary deeds of further assurance. And recites: 1) Assignment of 21 Mar. 1754, of premises to Taylor White in trust for 1. 2) Death of Taylor White; Thomas White appointed as his administrator. 3) Death of Thomas White, administration granted to 3. 4) Agreement that term should be assigned to 4. Now for 10/- from 4. to 3. 3. by direction of 1. and at nomination of 2. to 4. Manor of Upton etc. with all apps. for residue of term of 500 years, on trust, for better securing to 2., the due payment. After payment in trust for 1. Schedule of lands attached.
