Chaff barn - which Mr. Ladds took at a valuation with an addition he has built which he has underpind with brick, and laid in part of it a brick floor for lining of wheat, 2½ squares of weather boarding to the bullock hovel, which was similarly valued to him, the waggon and cart sheds to which in these 6 years Mr. Ladds has added 5 divisions which is the principal of the building.
