DescriptionInventory as before except that there is no signed declaration by the 2 valuers; chaff barn etc. are labelled - What the tenant cannot take away, and there is no mention of the fence and gates erected by Mr. Ladds or the bill for timber which he has paid. Appraisement taken by Mr. Baker for Mr. Ladds and Thos. Maile for John Heathcote, Esq., taken 7th, 8th, 10th Nov. Dung carting, 1026 loads £56. Folding approx. 10a. at £1.9s. per acre = £15.6.4d. Ploughing 118a. fallowed at 14/- per acre, stirring each time 8/8d. per acre. 39a. three times ploughed, 79a. four times ploughed = £220.12s. Harrowing 118a. at 1/6d. per acre, in part with large harrow £8.18.1d. Scarifying 64a. at 3/6d. peracre = £11.6.10d. Clod beating and dykeing 118a. £9.10s. Hay and Seeds, 6 stacks of hay and 50a. of seeds £186. Seedsmen 24 days work £2. 72 loads of seed wheat at 27/- per load £97.14.9½d. Carting of Moles - 3 days work for 3 carts, 6 horses, 3 men and 2 boys £3. Salt for sees wheat and lime 12/6d. Total = £611.0.6½d.
