(ii) Query whether it is the exors. job to trace the Navy Bill or to let Sir Fredk. do it before paying him the £1,000. Answer - the exors. must retain the £1,000 for Sir Fredk. and that it is their duty to trace the Navy Bill. from James Trower, Lincoln's Inn.
