TitleDeposition before J.P.: Concerning theft from Lady Olivia Sparrow's garden at Brampton of various articles including a linen sheet (Lady O's), 2 linen shirts marked with a coronet, 2 pairs of corduroy breeches, four odd stockings (Lord Mandeville's) etc - information by Eliza Aglen about hanging out the articles overnight to dry; Joseph Ball, Northampton constable, finding them in the possession of John Ball and William Batten; William Pilmuir about the prisoners' attempts to sell them to his mother, a pawnbroker, who becoming suspicious called in the police.
