Description	In response to an enquiry from the Duke seeking his opinion on the extension of Parliamentary privileges to Roman Catholics. He is concerned at increase of Catholics in this country and believes that Catholics from landed families should not be admitted to Parliament because they cause trouble. Catholics driven out of France by the revolutions should "go back home."
