The Duke's letter states that he does not intend for Roden to adjudicate on the dispute and does not believe a son should set a judgement on his father's conduct. Discusses the legal validity of the late Duchess's will and the need for a statement from a legal adviser. If the will is invalid only Mandeville will be harmed.
