Title	Copy of letter from the Duke of Manchester to the Editor of the Times
Description	Criticises the manufacturers of Lancashire for not assisting their poor workers and for blocking the Overlookers' attempts to emigrate: suggests that in order to assist the Overlookers not among the 75 to get free passages, people should subscribe £20 which would cover passage and an outfit for one man - believes that the subscriber would receive most of this back in the form of a transferable land order from the Government of Queensland.
