DescriptionHe regrets that His Grace is worried about the Lucas Estate. He encloses copies of the letters he has sent to Reilly and Reverend J. Elliott. As they will not pay the rent increase they should be served with eviction notices or else they will have to refund the money paid by the rest of the tenants. About a dozen trees have been moved by the tree planting machine and the work goes on very well.
