Title	Letter from Robert Quin Alexander, Acton House [County Down] to the Duke of Manchester
Description	He again asserts that he had no notice of the planned rent increase and he calls on the Duke to ask O'Brien to state distinctly when the notice was given. Had he received any intimation that the farm was to be revalued, or that the tenants had agreed to the increase, none of this unpleasant discussion would have taken place.
