Title	Letter from A. G. Stapleton, Kensington [London] to the Duke of Manchester
Description	From a bundle labelled "Irish Elections". He has talked to Colqhoun and Dr O'Sullivan about His Grace's letter. They agree that now is not the time for action but things may develop and confirm his views. Since he wrote about Napier, Walpole has been suggested. He has spoken to several others about not being "hangers on, on the Derby-Disraelites". He hopes his address will make a great noise in Ireland as it is the first time the National School System has been assaulted in this way.
