TitleCopy letter from Lady Olivia Sparrow to the Duke of Manchester
DescriptionUnaddressed but clearly in response to the one sent by the Duke of Manchester on the 18th April (see M10/26/4). The republication of Sir Thesiger's accusations on the 15th had done little to prepare her for the overtures of peace in his letter. She has always desired peace but cannot forgive the statements made against her at the trial. She will only consider peace if Millicent's original 1843 is carried out.
