DescriptionDiscussing suggested resolutions for preventing the spread of Cattle Plague. Nothing was absolutely settled at the adjourned Sessions on Saturday. They have referred it to a committee consisting of Duncombe, Fellowes, G. Rust, P. Roper and himself. He thinks the Government might put aside the reform bill at present, the Cattle Plague and Jamaica will prove to be difficult to Mr Gladstone.
