Description	He feared the Duke might be resentful at the request for an extra 5% coming to Russell through him so he encloses a letter proving he did the right thing. Lord Robert and Lady Tankerville's request to call in their charges could not have come at a more untoward time, with panic in the money market and Fenianism driving English capital out of Ireland.Lord Robert's solicitors are threatening action.
