Description	Long introduction. He is impressed by her interest in royalty. The cause of the mutiny was said to be the abolition of corporal punishment in the corps but the commanding officer was 'execrable.' Lord William should have consulted his mother-in-law about Millicent's other royal favourite, Prince L.
