He has been laid up with his knee and he had 12 leeches applied yesterday. Mentions some Bible Society papers and a parcel for Lady Millicent. He has begun to build a chapel at Tollymore Park. He hopes this business with the Queen will be at an end soon. Discusses his schools, the Bible Society and the 'bigotted Protestants'.
