DescriptionConcerning the Pains and Priviliges Bill in Parliament. He is so taken up with this business with the Queen that he cannot take up her own business with the alacrity he would wish. As soon as he is at liberty he will speak to Williams about the remitt to Loftie and will write to the Countess too. The Queen means to go to the House tomorrow and he thinks she intends to get a mob together [?]. There can be little doubts as to her guilt.
