DescriptionApologises for not replying sooner to her letter but he has been for a week in Northamptonshire on a Bible tour. He praises Millicent's, and her mother's, kindness to orphans. He hopes Dr Pinkerton's daughters will stay a few days. Subscriptions for Dudley are not flowing as fast as expected, even though Dudley has rendered a valuable service to the Bible Society. Mr Cockle says the Bible register will be sent to Huntingdon that afternoon by coach. Followed by discussion of finances voted by the Committee, including some for foreign work.
