DescriptionWilliams refers to tenancy laws, explaining to Mr Loftie how Count de Salis must provide 12 months notice in writing if he is to quit his tenancy at Tandragee. Williams believes the Count's lease expired in November 1819 and that Miss Sparrow should "accede to the Count's request to give up the place now" on condition that he pay compensation for the next year's rent. Includes copy of his own letter sent to Millicent Sparrow.
