Description	Mr Loftie describes being placed 'in a very awkward situation' after not having heard back from Lord Gosling regarding the lease of Tandragee to Count and Countess de Salis. He also encloses a copy of a letter from Countess de Salis to himself in which she is trying 'to obtain from Miss Sparrow a long lease for us.'
