Title	Letter from William Burness, Kimbolton Lodge, to the Duke of Manchester
Description	Expected settlement with Purves on Saturday, but doubtful he will return before Monday. Will be closing accounts on Saturday as arranged. On the other side is a letter from Purves to Burness, in which he enclosed two cheques for twelve pounds and thirteen pounds for paying the Labourers and instructions to give the men who have been working all Harvest 1/6 each in lieu of Harvest supper and the boys half the same.
