TitleLetter from B.C.Williams to Viscount Mandeville, Brampton Park
DescriptionLetter regarding deeds of an Estate. Wrote to Mr.Hoper of Lewes, Solicitor, in consequence of his Lordships letter saying Lady Mandeville would go to Scarborough in a fortnight. Williams would surrended the lease and levy the fine before his Lordship left Brampton, provided the parties have the papers ready.

Received a reply saying Hoper will pay the expenses and Williams will have the deed ready for his trip to Brampton on the 30th. Williams is keen to visit Lady Olivia Sparrow and hopes she is at home during his visit and has not yet departed for Suffolk. Hopes to bring nephew and Parker Whitman with him, as they need two solictors and so he will not need to bring in Mr Maule or any other "nightmary" solicitor. Thought original application was made by his Lordship, but found it was made by Lady Olivia Sparrow, who refered Mr Hoper to him. Had it not been for the necessity to renew the lease

Mr Shanpin of Beccles, related to late Mr. Sparrows Executors, sent him a large bundle of deeds and papers he has not examined them yet, but as his Lordship is going to Ireland he will do it sooner rather than later .
