DescriptionHe has made out the rentals for the landed estate, the fines and quit rents etc. He has also sent the accounts between the heirs of Mr Hammond and himself and begs the Duke to make a gift to him. Mr Hammond had promised to help build his house at Sutton, which was burnt down, but he did not receive the final instalment.
