DescriptionWith thanks for her letters from Madeira. He has been given a church, St Thomas's, to preach to the Roman Catholics on a Wednesday evening and hopes to wake the clergy here out of the sleep of Popery. He hopes he can root out the evil of this disease at the cause etc. The Duke invited him to Tandragee but he was unable to go as he needed to attend a sister who was dying in Derry.
