Discussing a proposed labour scheme that will relieve the conditions - he hears that Mr Lee on the Galway coast gas carried it out with decided effect. It will not work without the landlords and while they are contending who should do it time flies and the land will lie waste. He is transmitting 3000 pieces of clothing around the coast and many a wretched life has been saved but without funds and temporary hospitals provided by the government... [incomplete].
