Reciting a lease for 12 years by Sir Edward Montagu of Broughton [Northants] and Sir Henry Montagu, Recorder of the City of London, to (i). Present indenture made at the request of William Hill of Lincoln’s Inn, with term to last during the natural life of his wife Susannah.
