Property: the site of the Priory of Stonely in Kimbolton, containing 16 acres, with all the houses, buildings etc; one close called the New Close adjoining the site, containing 8 acres; close of pasture called Marshalls, containing 12 acres, lying near to the site and one cottage situated on the close; wood or wood ground called Lady Wood containing 16 acres; wood or wood ground called Lytles, containing threescore acres; pightle called Smithes Pightle containing 2 acres; pightle called Quod Pightle, lying to the south east of the Priory near a windmill, containing 2 acres; all the lands etc lying on the hill between the Priory and the gutter that runs at the foot of the hill.
