TitleAppointment of guardians to the children of Lord Viscount Mandeville
DescriptionAppointing his wife, Millicent Viscountess Mandeville, sole guardian to their children and their fortunes in the event of his death.

In the event of his wife dying during the minority of his children, he appoints George Hay Marquis of Tweedale and Thomas Lefroy the elder of Dublin, barrister. Lady Elizabeth Steele, wife of Lieutenant Colonel Steele of the Coldstream Guards, to be guardian of his daughter Olivia's person and education (or Elizabeth Duchess of Gordon if Steele should die).

Witnesses: Henry Ormsby; Charles Huntly; both of Tandragee, Co. Armagh.
