Description	(Page 626) Duke writing letter or certificate. Duke & Hill feel that if Porter’s services to Society are so important, they should pay expenses for inspection of hospitals. Improvident to spend 50 gns. ‘My old friend’ – have not learned lesson of providence. Have a pleasant journey in spite of season.
