DescriptionJohn Ibberson of the Forty Foot Bridge in Ramsey, farmer, acknowledges that on the 1st April, 1788 he paid £700 in full discharge of a mortgage made by Francis Ibberson the grandfather to Richard Beaty, and he agrees not to make any claim upon the 104 acres sold to Fellowes in respect of this payment.
