Reciting R40/1/3-4, R40/1/5-6 and R40/2/1-2 Now W.H. Fellowes to Miss Benyon., For the sums of £2,250 Bank Stock and £4,070 3 per cent reduced bank annuities, the fortune of Miss Benyon. A yearly rentcharge of £600 charged upon his Hunts and Cambs lands in R40/1/5-6 and payable for the rest of her life if she survives him. W.H. Fellowes to Richard Benyon of Englefield House, Esq., brother of Miss Benyon, and Joseph Berens the younger of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, Esq., trustees. His Hunts and Cambs lands in R40/1/5-6 for a term of 200 years, subject nevertheless to his mother's yearly rentchage of £600 and a term of 500 years for raising £12,000 for the portions of his younger brothers and sisters as set out in R40/1/3-4.
